The Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase Services in accordance with these Conditions.
The Contract shall come into existence (Commencement Date) when the Customer signs the Contract and Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note, and it is received by the Council.
The initial term of the Contract is from the Commencement Date until 31 August. The Contract shall automatically renew on 1 September every year, subject to the receipt by the Council of the Customer’s signed Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note by 1 September each year.
