Termination
- Either party may terminate the Contract by giving the other party 90 days’ written notice.
- The Council may terminate the Contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to the Customer if the Customer fails to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment.
- The Council may suspend the supply of Services under the Contract or any other contract between the Customer and the Council if the Customer fails to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment.
- The Council may terminate the Contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to the Customer if the Customer commits a material breach of any of the Conditions.
