Other interests

You have a personal interest in any business of your authority where it relates to or is likely to affect:

  • a) any organisation or body of which you are in general control or management and to which you are nominated or appointed by the Council: or
  • b) any organisation or body:
    • (i) exercising functions of a public nature;
    • (ii) any organisation or body directed to charitable purposes; or
    • (iii) one of whose principal purposes includes the influence of public opinion or policy (including any political party or trade union)
