Guidance for Owners

The Council is required to remove an asset from the list, as soon as practicable:

1. after a relevant disposal (other than an exempt disposal)
2. when an appeal against a listing has been successful
3. when it forms the opinion that the asset is no longer of community value
4. or no later than 5 years from the date of entry on the list.
