How we publicise planning applications
The way we publish planning applications is decided in line with the Council’s Statement of Community Involvement and the following legislation:
- The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)
- The Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended).
We notify the community about planning applications using our website, putting up site notices, and (when required by law) advertising in a local newspaper.
