If you are having difficulty accessing the PCN Portal to challenge a PCN, in the first instance please double check your information. All our PCN references will begin with ‘MH0’ or ‘MH4’ and the different Reference numbers have their own portals .

Your vehicle registration must also be accurately entered without spaces.
