All Local Authorities are required to prepare evidence that objectively assesses the future housing needs.

Our partner authorities are West Devon Borough Council and Plymouth City Council.

Together, we asked Peter Brett Associates to undertake this assessment in 2017. The results were used to inform the Joint Local Plan.
