Notification of Decisions

A Decision Notice (other than at the Initial Assessment stage) will be sent to the Councillor, the Complainant, and Independent Person and, if applicable, the Clerk to the Councillor's Council.

This will be sent within 5 working days of the Decision.

The notice will set out the decision that has been made together with reasons.
