Proof of Entitlement to Work
In order to apply for a personal licence you must demonstrate
- that you have an entitlement to work in the UK and
- are not subject to a condition preventing you from doing work relating to the carrying on of a licensable activity
To do this you must provide copies or scanned copies of the relevant documents with your application.
A full list of relevant documents can be found in section 2 of the notes at the end of the application form.
Your right to work will be checked as part of your licence application and this could involve us checking your immigration status with the Home Office (Home Office Immigration Enforcement). We may otherwise share information with the Home Office.
