If you are a resident living in Mount View Terrace, you could be eligible for a parking permit.
Mount View Terrace permits have been made available to residents on this street and can allow the holder to park in the nearby Totnes car parks listed below.
What is a Mount View Terrace Permit?
- A Mount View Terrace parking permit allows the holder to park in Totnes, Heathway 1 and Heathway 2 car parks.
- This permit does not allow parking in any other car park including Heathway Season Ticket Holder.
- You can apply for one permit per household and only one vehicle can be registered to the permit.
- The permit is free to apply for and is valid for 2 years.

Please note - we do request proof of residency to ensure you are a resident of the area. This could be a utility or council tax bill. We also require this information when you renew your permit to confirm you are still residing within the district.
