We are funding £20k towards the refurbishment of the much-loved wooden play galleon at Steamer Quay in Totnes (50% our funds and 50% s106 funds), originally installed in 2013.

The boat is being removed to the boat builders’ yard tomorrow for a few weeks to carry out the works before then reinstalling it towards the end of February.
Our thanks go to Inter-line for their generous help in volunteering to support the lifting and removal and reinstallation of the equipment free of charge.
The area will be fenced off during the duration of the works, we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. The galleon will be back, better than ever, in a few weeks’ time.
