We are supporting Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) to deliver more affordable homes – one of our top priorities.
Plymouth Community Homes has secured a further 24 energy-efficient homes in Ivybridge.
The 24 new homes, consisting of one-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses are being purchased within the Filham Chase development in Ivybridge following the previous purchase of 15 two- and three-bedroom homes.

Of the 24 homes, 14 will be offered for affordable rent and 10 homes will be made available for shared ownership purchase through SO Living.
The homes will be prioritised to those with a local connection to the area to meet the specific needs of the community, made possible with our support.
The Filham Chase development is being built by Bloor Homes and is located close to Ivybridge town centre, with great access routes to the A38 and local primary and secondary schools.

The homes which are to be offered for rent or shared ownership sale through PCH will be available from Spring 2025.
