Rent is due and payable monthly in advance. Monthly payments are due on or before the last day of each month.
How to pay:
- Online at our payment portal. You can pay at any time day or night. You will need your rent reference number.
- Telephone using your debit or credit card. Please call the automated payment line on 03300 887 946
- Standing order. Please check with your bank or building society that they will accept this payment method. Call 01803 861259 for more information.
We usually receive payment within 3 working days.
