• Average property prices of £442,500 in 2022, increasing by 12% from £395,000 in 2021.

• Occupancy ratings for bedrooms:
  • 53.3% have 2 or more spare bedrooms
  • 34.8% have 1 spare bedroom
  • 11.2% have the right amount of bedrooms for their households
  • 0.7% are lacking 1 bedroom

Renting in Stokenham

• Average 2 bed rental prices of £942.50 per calendar month between 2020 and 2022. The average for 3 bed properties during the same period was £1,150 per calendar month (median).
• The maximum Local Housing Allowance is £598.35 per month for a 2 bed property.
