• Average property prices of £371,000 in 2022, increasing by 27.9% from £290,000 in 2021.

  • 15.2% have enough bedrooms to meet their need

Renting in Modbury

• Average 2 bed rental prices of £875 per calendar month between 2020 and 2022.
• The maximum Local Housing Allowance is £583.40 per month for a 2 bed property.
• In the PL21 postcode area, there has been a 49.3%decrease in demand for rental properties, whilst there has been a 23.1% decrease in available listings, in the period between Dec 22 and Dec 23.

• Modbury Primary School provides for children aged 4 years until 11 years.
• The number of children enrolled at the school has fluctuated in recent years, but remains around the same level. It remains slightly below the school’s capacity of 210 pupils.
