• Average property prices of £685,000 in 2022, increasing by 35% from £507,500 in 2021.
• 6.8% of homes are 1 bedroom properties, 23.1%are 2 bedrooms, 41.6% are 3 bedrooms, 28.5%are 4 or more (which is lower than the average for England and Wales). 
• Occupancy ratings for bedrooms:
  • 52% have 2 or more spare bedrooms
  • 29.6% have 1 spare bedroom
  • 17% have the right amount of bedrooms for their households
  • 1.3% are lacking 1 bedroom

Renting in Frogmore and Sherford

• Average 3 bed rental prices of £1,175 per calendar month between 2020 and 2022 (median).
• The maximum Local Housing Allowance is £728 per month for a 3 bed property.
• In the TQ7 postcode area, there has been a 63.9%increase in demand for rental properties, whilst there has been a 15% increase in available listings, in the period between Nov 22 and Nov 23.
