• Median average property prices of £356,500 in 2022, decreasing by 10.3% from £397,500 in 2021. 
• 3.4% of homes are 1 bedroom properties, 22% are 2 bedrooms, 45% are 3 bedrooms, 29.7% are 4 or more (which is higher than the 21.1%average for England and Wales). 
• Occupancy ratings for bedrooms:
  • 48.9% have 2 or more spare bedrooms
  • 31.2% have 1 spare bedroom
  • 18% have the right amount of bedrooms for their households
  • 1.2% are lacking 1 bedroom
  • 0.6% are lacking 2 or more bedrooms

Renting in East Allington

• Average 3 bed rental prices of £1,350 per calendar month between 2020 and 2022 (median).
