• Median average property prices of £485,000 in 2022, increasing by 129.3% from £211,500 in 2021. 
  • It should be noted that property prices have fluctuated within recent years within the parish. For example, the average property sale price in 2020 was £462,500. 
• 8.1% of homes are 1 bedroom properties, 33.9% are 2 bedrooms, 41.2% are 3 bedrooms, 16.9% are 4 or more (which is lower than the 21.1% average for England and Wales). 
• Occupancy ratings for bedrooms: 
  • 37.7% have 2 or more spare bedrooms, 
  • 32.3% have 1 spare bedroom, 
  • 27.6% have the correct number of bedrooms for their household’s needs, 
  • 2.4% are lacking 1 bedroom.

Renting in Berry Pomeroy

• Average 2 bed private rental prices of £965 per calendar month between 2020 and 2022 (median).
