South Hams District Council is inviting offers from parties interested in entering into a lease until 31 March 2026 for Kiosk M situated on the North Embankment, Dartmouth.
The premises are an octagonal ticket sales kiosk, made of fibreglass, with an internal floor area of approximately 4m2. It is located on the busy North Embankment, next to the Royal Avenue Gardens and close to Mayor's Avenue Car Park. There are five similar kiosks along North Embankment.

The successful bidder in the tender process will be offered the opportunity to lease the kiosk until 31 March 2026. The kiosk must be used as a booking and enquiry office for a marine-related business, for example fishing trips, boat tours etc.
The tenant will be liable for paying business rates on the property. According to the Gov.UK website, the rateable value of the property is currently £3,200. This valuation will rise to £4,000 on 1 April 2023.
