What types of assets are excluded from being listed?
- Land and buildings which are primarily residential in purpose, including associated gardens and outbuildings.
- Licensed (and some unlicensed) residential caravan sites.
- 'Operational land' owned by 'statutory undertakers' as defined in section 263 Town and Country Planning Act 1990. These are organisations like the Post Office, Civil Aviation Authority, transport providers, utilities, etc.
