Is there a right of appeal for nominating groups who disagree with a listing decision?
There is no community right to appeal the Council's decision not to list an asset. However the Council's complaint procedure can be used in certain circumstances i.e. if the nominee feels that the Council has not followed its own or Government guidance correctly.
