An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Case Manager apprentice to join our Environmental Health team. This is a great chance to gain a Business Administration Level 3 qualification while working for the Environment Health team. 

This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge, experience and training in the world of Environmental Health, with support from managers and colleagues from all Services.

To be successful you will need to engage with a wide range of customers from across the community through a variety channels, be comfortable working with new and changing technologies, and display a positive and helpful approach to your work.

The right candidates must have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to deliver first class customer service, empathise, advise and offer support to our customers.
