We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Legal Specialist to join our Legal Community of Practice. As a fully qualified Solicitor / Barrister, you will be highly experienced in Planning Law and ideally one of the following areas:-
• Constitution, Governance, Administrative Law and Standards
• Litigation (Criminal/Civil)
• Law of Contract and Procurement
• Licensing and Environmental Health advice and support
In addition you will be confident in advising Senior Managers and elected Members on complex legal matters.
